Welcome to the Propel & Excel - Aspiring Leaders Leadership Development and Mentoring Program! This esteemed corporate program supports aspiring leaders and seasoned leaders alike with the development and refinement of skills and behaviors essential to strong leadership.

Propel & Excel focuses on the Neuroscience of humanizing leadership across organizations and specifically explores the topics: GROW & DEVELOP, CONNECT, & INCLUDE. Each makes up a phase of the program, and contributes to increased team effectiveness, inclusiveness and higher performance.

This program includes learning and development intended to:

Increase leader effectiveness;
Promote the positive impacts of mentoring as development; and,
Reinforce the importance of connectedness and inclusion on teams

All program information and curriculum is housed in NovoEd. Chronus is a matching tool utilized across fortune 500 companies. Chronus software with MatchIQ® technology makes it easy to create effective mentor and mentee matches with proven methodology and an intelligent matching algorithm. We will be using this platform to pair you up with your mentor/mentee who is best suited to support your goals and developmental needs. Once you have created your profile, the tool will match you with a mentee or mentor, and you will get notification from Chronus. Mentee

Mentees are individuals who want guidance and/or advice in a particular area. Mentees can expect to strengthen and build their network and gain leadership skills in support of their career growth and development.
